At Complete Health, we want you to feel as good as you look. If your new apparel doesn't provide the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached before placing them back in their original packaging.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the items reach our warehouse.
